Credit Cards Details are incorrect

One common occurrence is that you have registered your credit/debit card and are trying to deposit, but get the message: "We're sorry; your transaction could not be approved. According to our Card Processor, some of your credit Card details are incorrect".

Sometimes, you may be trying to make on online bingo transaction and your card does not go through, however you are sure that the card is valid and has enough spending limit to perform said transaction, in such cases we recommend you check the following:

Double check your profile and credit/debit card information:

Your full name, address, telephone number and even postal information must be complete and accurate. It is imperative that these card details match your account profile information as well. Double check the credit card/debit card number:

Please make sure that the card number you enter is correct, and that it is complete. Please note that: American Express cards have 15 digits; Visa and MasterCard have 16 digits. This goes for debit cards from these emitters too. You will need to type in your card verification number (also called security code). This number is a 3 or 4 digit combination depending on the card issuer; Visa and MasterCard have 3 digit combinations, while American Express is 4 digits.

Credit Card Expiration Date is not valid

If you are attempting to make your online bingo deposit, but get the following message: "We're sorry; your transaction could not be approved. According to our Card Processor your expiration date is incorrect",it is could be that you accidentally entered the wrong expiration date for your card when registering, or your card is in fact no longer valid.

In this case, please contact the Deposit Help Department for them to edit the expiration date of your credit/debit card if necessary, as only they can do this for you.

Your Card is still being denied
