Bingo Chat Qualification Rules
The following rules apply to all players at Vics-Bingo that participate in the online bingo chat rooms and win prizes related to Bingo Bucks (bbs), chat comps, chat room related special promotions and any other specific online bingo chat promotion stated by our VIP Account Manager.
Qualification Rules
Please take a brief moment to carefully read our bingo polices that all players at Vics-Bingo are subject to. There will be no exceptions made to these rules so try to abide by them. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Must be logged in
Online bingo chat games can only be played if you are actively logged into your Vics-Bingo account, and if you are actively playing an online bingo chat game. Therefore, only those winnings you won while in bingo chat will be credited to your bingo account.
Must finish the game
If a player leaves the chat room before the bingo game is finished, only those winnings made before having left will be credited to the player's account. This will apply regardless of electrical or internet connection issues the player may be experiencing with their computer.
Only active accounts
Only active Vics-Bingo accounts will be awarded chat bonuses. Active accounts are those in which the player has made at least one transaction in the last ten days. Accounts with no deposits, and/or are only using the free sign up bonus or any free bonus money, are NOT eligible for chat bingo bucks (chat bbs) or chat comps.
Minimum of cards
A minimum of 4 online bingo cards per game is required to receive chat bbs or chat comps. If the player does not meet this minimum requirement the winnings will not be credited.
Pending Payouts
Accounts that have a pending withdrawal or processed payouts will not be eligible to receive bbs or chat comps regardless of the above mentioned rules; however, this can be overrun if the player makes a deposit after a processed payout, which would make him/her eligible again to receive online chat winnings. Please note: when a withdrawal is requested all chat comps and bbs that were pending to be credited, will become void.
Flowbacks
Players who submit a redemption flowback after requesting a payout will need to wait 48 hours before becoming eligible again to receive online chat winnings; however, if the player makes a deposit during this 48 hour time frame, he/she will once again be considered eligible.
Limits
There is no determined limit for chat comp winnings, however the player does need to meet the rules expressed here, the bonus rules and any specific rules that may pertain to the online bingo game promotion he/she is playing. There is only a limit incurred for bbs, and it is the VIP Level of the Vics-Bingo account that determines this limit. Please check our online bonus rules for more information as to which limits you are subject to.
Abuse
If Vics-Bingo has grounds to believe a player is abusing our online chat winning system, or any other Vics-Bingo bonus program, the account of said player will have online chat privileges disabled for a 24 hour period up to a permanent veto, and can also be moved to a "No Bonus" status.
