I was certainly surprised to learn that I had won one of the promos at Vic's bingo. I would like to take this time to thank you and for keeping on top of things, especially awarding bonuses when due.

I would also like to thank you for improving on your staff with regards to generating and expediting the manner in which deposits are credited to accounts. Previously, it would take several hours for the to appear but due to your upgrading, the waiting time has greatly been reduced, usually within a half hour. This is, of course, an important issue for players since they can play much sooner and not have to wait lengthy periods for the deposits to be credited.

Lastly, some of the new promos are great and give players a chance to participate. The only problem I have with the new arrangements is that you have 10 patterns to qualify. For those of us who don't get to play as frequently as we would like to be able to, this cuts us out of the chance to participate. Especially if the players are not as lucky as some of the others and who can afford to play continuously.

I have been playing on the site about 3 years now and enjoy the polite chat managers and the friendly players. Thank you for offering not only an enjoyable site but also a site where people can ask questions, let off some steam occasionally but mostly, enjoy a night of playing bingo with a relaxing atmosphere.
