The bonus rules are divided in Free Money Bonus Rules and Real Money Bonus Rules.
Real Money Bonus Rules
All deposits made in Vics Bingo are credited with deposit bonuses. The deposit bonus varies depending on the number of deposits made to the account, the amount of each deposit and the specials specified in either our online bingo promotions page, the current page you are reading and/or by Management. Deposit Bonuses are part of the Vics Bingo Policy and the player cannot resign to them or to the wagering requirements derived from them. Accounts with Processed Payouts will receive a limited deposit bonus for a full week after the payout has been approved (Monday to Sunday). This deposit bonus will be limited to a 100% over the amount of the deposit on all transactions made, and will be credited manually by the Customer Support Representatives; it is the customer's responsibility to contact them directly via email, help desk ticket, phone or live support services to have the deposit bonus credited in the account. This rule voids any other deposit bonus specified in the Bingo Newsletter, Bingo Promotions Page or VIP Promos sent.
First and Second deposit bonuses
Vics Bingo accounts receive a 300% deposit bonus on the 1st approved transactions and a 250% bonus on the 2nd one on your first two approved transactions. This bonus is automatically credited by the system to your balance and once you have met the bonus wagering requirements the bonus will be applied to your bonus balance and thus, your Vics Bingo account. You may request a payout once your bonus has been credited by our system.
Third deposit and on
For your third deposit and up, the deposit bonuses are specified in the Bingo Promotions section of Vics Bingo. These bonuses vary depending on the amount deposited and the day of deposit. It is responsibility of the customer to confirm the bonus has been credited in full, if not he/she needs to contact Customer's Support directly via email, help desk ticket, phone or live support services to have the deposit credited manually in the account. Once the wagering requirements have been met, the deposit bonus will change from unqualified to qualified, and the bonus will be credited into the bonus balance, and a future payout can be requested.
Promotions Bonuses
This needs to be posted as follows:
Players who have never made a deposit at Vics Bingo or players who have not deposited any funds within the last 10 days must wager the equivalent of 99 times the total of free bonuses received before requesting a withdrawal of winnings obtained on free bonus money.
However, the maximum withdrawal amount will be determined based on the player's VIP level.
* VIP Level 1-4 - Withdrawal Limits $200-$500; Regular withdrawal limit is $200. Complete a total of 5 deposits or more throughout the week and your limit will be increased to $500.
* VIP Level 5-9 - Withdrawal limits $500 - $1000; Regular withdrawal limit is $500. Complete a total of 5 deposits or more throughout the week and your withdrawal limit will be increased to $1000.
* VIP Level 10-12 - Withdrawal limit up to $2500.
Birthday Bonus
Happy Birthday! At Vics Bingo we realize how important this day is, for that reason we will give you a $25 FREE bonus for you to play some extra time on our behalf!

Chat Games Bonuses
As a part of the features of Vics Bingo, players can enjoy the chat option in their accounts and win extra bonuses while playing bingo games hosted by Chat Managers. Only accounts that meet the Chat Qualification rules will be credited.
Chat BBs
These bonuses may vary from $1 to $5 depending on what bingo game is being played. You are entitled to receive as many as you want as long as you meet the criteria. The amount of comps credited in your account everyday is determined by the amount of deposits in your account and your VIP level. For more information about what your VIP level is, we recommend you to log into your player account and view your profile; the structure of our Chat Comps is as follows:
- VIP Level 1-9 will receive up to 200% of their last deposit in chat comps.
- VIP Level 10-11 is entitled to unlimited chat comps.
Chat BBs are credited the following day of the game, throughout the day.
Chat Comps
As with the Chat bbs there is an infinite amount of bonuses you can win as long as you meet the criteria, but the difference with the Chat Comps relays on that there are no limits according to your VIP level. Chat comps are credited within the following 24 hours after the game has been played.
Management Deposit Bonuses and Promotions
Account Managers, also known as VIP Managers, issue Special Promotions that award customer's online bingo accounts with special deposit bonuses, normally higher than the Deposit Bonuses specified in the Bingo Promotions page or credit the accounts with Goodwill, Loyalty or RET bonuses, which are random and considered variables set by Management and only expressed to each customer individually.
Bonus Qualification Rules
All deposit bonuses are credited automatically by the Vic's Bingo system. When not credited in full, it is the player's responsibility to contact Customer Support to have the Deposit Bonus adjusted manually. All deposit bonuses credited automatically by the system will fall under the "unqualified" status; this means that the bonus is not applied directly to the Bonus Balance. In order to have the Bonus "kick in" the player must meet the wagering criteria.
Wagering Criteria
Bingo players must wager 3 times the amount of the deposit, or spend 95% of the cash balance in the account in order to qualify their bonus. This assures whether the player is winning or losing, that the account will be credited with the deposit bonus and he/she will be able to continue enjoying the games in Vics Bingo. Transfers to Bingo Buddies do not count towards the wagering criteria and when done before the bonus has been credited in full to the account it will freeze the unqualified bonus. Customers who perform a transfer to a Bingo Buddy may contact Customer Support for one-time assistance. In the case of payouts, depending on a day to day promotion, the purchase amount needs to be wagered 3 times prior to the request being submitted.In order to know which wagering applies, please check our promotion page. (and the wagering needs to be placed under the promotions instead of saying regular bonus rules as this normally means X3 ).Players who attempt to cash out prior to meeting the wagering criteria will have their withdrawal request declined.
Bonus to Cash exchange
The Bonus balance can be converted to cash. The player may do so by clicking on the "Transfer" tab in his/her account lobby and specifying the amount of bonus he/she wishes to convert. The exchange fee is 50% (this can change at anytime and Vics Bingo will communicate via proper channels), so if the player exchanges $10 bonus to cash he/she will receive $5 cash. The minimum amount to exchange to cash is $1 bonus. "Bonus to cash" exchanges are irreversible; once you have completed the exchange there is no way to undo the process. We can not undo the operation for you, and no exceptions will be made under any circumstances. A "Bonus to Cash" exchange has a 12 times wagering criteria before it can be cashed out. "Bonus to Cash" exchanges are limited to 7 (seven) exchanges per day, we can not increase the amount and no exceptions will be done under any circumstances. "Bonus to Cash" Exchange abuse will result in the cancellation of the transfers.
Bonus Removal from your account
Only players whose total amount of withdrawals are higher than their total lifetime deposits will have their Bonus balance removed from their accounts when a withdrawal request is made. When such players request a payout, all bonus money is removed from their balances automatically and the process is irreversible. If your lifetime deposits are higher than your history of withdrawals you are not subject to this rule and you will be able to keep your entire bonus balance.
Bonus Abuse
Vics Bingo offers free money bonuses, deposit bonuses, bingo promotions, and many others to enhance the player's experience in the website, and favor the continued preference towards the online bingo website and its online bingo games (and others). Nevertheless Vics Bingo acknowledges the existence of players who will try to manipulate the system in order to take advantage of it. In order to maintain fairness towards truly loyal customers, Vics Bingo will remove all bonus balance from the fraudulent accounts and place them under a No Bonus Status, which overrides absolutely all bonus and chat privileges for these accounts for an unlimited period of time. Accounts with proven higher payout than deposit ratio (both in amount and number of times), proven abusive bonus exchange transfers, and proven requests of credits of promotions not directed to them, will have their accounts status changed to the No Bonus Status which limits the account to only 10% bonus deposit on all deposits made. It is Vics Bingo sole discretion and using their guidelines and parameters to re-instate any given account back to our standard bonus program.

Free Money Bonus
Sign Up Bonus
The Free Sign up Bonus may be used to try our online bingo games for free and online Pull Tabs games, if the new member wishes to try other online games out he/she will need to apply a bonus to cash exchange. Please note that the free Sign up Bonus cannot be cashed out.
The $25 sign-up bonus is funds added to the members account once the registration is completed. Multiple accounts opened by one person will not receive the $25.00 bonus, and will be closed. These funds are used as an incentive for the enjoyment of players and have no value of themselves.
The Free Sign up Bonus may be used to try our online bingo games for free and online Pull Tabs games, if the new member wishes to try other online games out he/she will need to apply a bonus to cash exchange. Happy Hours
During the course of the week, our Bingo Rooms may feature Happy Hours, which are mainly time-limited and offer a great extra bonus to the daily promotion. All you need to do is just be on the lookout in all our Bingo rooms as they can pop up at anytime!
After they do, simply make your deposit and contact our Customer Support team so they can make the necessary adjustments for you!

- These promotions apply ONLY for deposits made within the timeframe announced by our Support in the rooms;
- If the bonus is not requested at the time of deposit, you cannot request it afterwards;

Welcome Back Bonus
The Welcome Back bonus is as the name specifies a "welcome back" free token to our online bingo website, granted by our Vics Bingo Team's consideration or due to a specific promotion to inactive players. It is a means for the coming back online bingo member to get re-acquainted with the online bingo games (amongst others) Vics Bingo offers. It is a pre-determined amount that is automatically credited via Landing Pages or specific invitation links sent out to inactive players; or manually credited by our Customer Support Representatives. The Welcome Back bonus is void if the player has registered more than one account at Vics Bingo. The Welcome Back Bonus may be used to our online bingo games and online Pull Tabs games, if the member wishes to try other online games out he/she will need to apply a bonus to cash exchange.
