Vics Bingo uses internet based tools to communicate with its registered customers, and prospect customers, on a regular basis. Nonetheless Vics Bingo does not approve, nor engage, in spam practices. Spam, or “spamming” is the practice of sending unsolicited E-mail, normally of a commercial nature, in a frequent mode and in large quantities to an indiscriminate set of online recipients. All emails sent out by Vics Bingo have been previously authorized by their intended receivers at the time of account registration with Vics Bingo, or at any time via the “broadcast” option in the member’s account.

Unsubscribe

All emails sent by Vics Bingo have a un-subscription option, if the receiver does not wish to receive any more emails he/she may request to not receive any via this option placed normally in the footer of the email. At any time this request can be reversed by doing so in the profile option in the account, clicking on the footer link confirming that you wish to be removed or contacting Customer Support directly.

Data Base Purchases

Vics Bingo does not purchase email lists from third parties, nor engages in the selling of account information either. All Vics Bingo profile and account information is confidential and for the use of the account holder and Vics Bingo only. Vics Bingo’s data base is constituted by all existing member accounts that have approved receiving email communications and the visitors to the Vics Bingo website, sister websites or affiliate websites, and that have requested to receive information of any sort.

Overall Considerations

In order to comply with international standards in regards to privacy protection and avoid even further the topic of spam, Vics Bingo will not incur in the following practices:

  1. Use of false headers or other false information, to identify the point of origin or the transmission path of the email, or to hide the true origin of the email.
  2. Unauthorized use of a third party’s internet domain name without the permission of such third party, to make it appear as if the third party was the point of origin of the email.
  3. Use of any false or misleading information in the subject line of the email.
  4. Assisting any person in using the products or services of Vics Bingo for any of these previously mentioned activities.
